We are an independent community supermarket in Rockingham who are very customer focused. Currently, we are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, responsible, and service oriented individual to join the team as a Shift Supervisor.

Shift Supervisor Role

We need a shift supervisor with a can-do attitude, no-fuss and someone who will get the work done.

A successful candidate would have:

- Experience as a supervisor in a Supermarket - Minimum 1 year

- Required to look after various departments during a shift - Bakery, Dairy, Meat, Grocery, Front end etc.

- Flexibility to work as a rotating roster as we operate 7 days a week for our customers.

- Available to work evening shifts and weekend availability is a must.

- Must be available to work evening shifts until 9pm.

- Someone who can works hands-on as well as understand how to delegate tasks.

- A desire to provide the best customer experience at all times

- A leadership style that takes charge of your team and not is afraid to make tough decisions

- The desire to take ownership of your position at all times
