Responsibilities
- Customise and streamline tools to improve performance and efficiency.
- Act as the first point of contact for technical issues and resolve them promptly while delivering high standard customer service.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including CAD designers from engineering consultancies, to review drawings and maintain quality and consistency across all outputs.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of project management principles, particularly within IT or CAD-related contexts.
- Experience with VB, VBA, XML or HTML programming or markup languages is highly desirable.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
Hybrid Work
This is a hybrid role where the team currently goes to the office twice weekly.
