Customer Service/Operations person required for busy office. 4 days per week. Permanent Part time position.
Monday 7-5pm, Wednesday 7-5pm, Thursday 7-5pm. Friday 7-5pm. Start times can be altered given the right applicant. Flexibility on days would also be an advantage.
Duties will include:
- First point of contact for all our customers
- Advise clients of our products and services
- Responding to online booking requests
- Responding to customer service queries
- Entering jobs in the sales system
- Processing payments
- Invoicing
An above award wage is paid.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly skilled person with attention to detail to join our growing team.
A minimum of 1+ years customer service experience is essential for this role.
