The Chance:

We're on the hunt for a hands‑on Repair and Maintenance Manager to lead our national field service operation across Australia!

What You’ll Do:

- Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team of Service Leads
- Drive asset reliability and service performance across Australia
- Implement and improve SOP's, processes, and reporting frameworks.
- Coordinate installations of new fixed enforcement sites
- Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Delivery, and Helpdesk teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage maintenance budgets, contractors, resources, and spare parts
- Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build capability within the team through mentoring, coaching, and development

About You:

You're a technically strong leader who understands field service operations and knows how to bring people, processes, and performance together.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, are comfortable rolling up your sleeves,



and have a track record of driving improvements while keeping customers and teams at the centre of your decision-making.

You’ll Bring:

- Experience leading multi-site or geographically dispersed technical teams
- Strong hands‑on background in maintenance, field service, technical operations, automotive, transport, fleet, or mechanical environments
- Experience implementing operational processes, SOPs, and performance measures
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing competing priorities in a reactive service environment
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive change and standardisation
