Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Pumping Systems based in the Greater Sydney region to join a growing national projects team.

Working remotely from home office, you will manage multiple pump-station and pumping system projects across the East Coast of Australia. The role offers a high degree of autonomy and flexibility, with travel to project sites as required.

Reporting to the GM and supported by an experienced Senior Project Engineer based in Brisbane, you will oversee projects from design through to commissioning, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest technical and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the delivery of multiple pump station and pumping system projects across the East Coast of Australia.

- Coordinate project activities from design and procurement through to construction, commissioning and client handover.

- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.





- Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement and resource planning.

- Review engineering documentation and provide technical input throughout project delivery.

- Coordinate factory acceptance testing, site installation and commissioning activities.

- Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards, project specifications and WHS requirements.

- Identify project risks, manage variations and maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders.

About You

- Degree qualified in Civil, Mechanical or a related Engineering discipline.

- Previous experience delivering pump station, pumping system, water or wastewater infrastructure projects.

- Strong understanding of mechanical project delivery, with exposure to civil and electrical components highly regarded.

- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Willingness to travel across the East Coast of Australia as project requirements dictate.
