The key responsibility of the Project Manager - T&D; is to ensure successful project implementation and delivery of the Transmission and Distribution portfolio of CHINT (Transformers, HV/MV/LV Switchgears etc).

You will also be verifying project contract risk, review project profits, be responsible for the project implementation scheme and planning, coordinate and solve various problems with production, technology, sales department and customers during the project implementation; monitor project life cycle progress and cost, create and maintain payment plan, ensure project/delivery on time and meet customer and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out hierarchical management for projects at different levels.
- Be responsible for verifying the project profit and project contract risk points in the early stage of the project and implement risk warning.
- Organize the project kick-off meeting at the beginning of large-scale project implementation and clarify the responsibilities of all parties.
- Represent CHINT during client project meetings relating to commercial/technical discussions and other project related matters.
- Organize and formulate the overall plan and implementation plan of the project and be responsible for the overall management of the drawing confirmation, production order placing, progress tracking, acceptance, shipment,



installation and commissioning of international trade projects from contract signing to product delivery and operation.
- Be responsible for summarizing and analyzing the common problems or major problems existing in the product delivery process, regularly organizing project communication meetings, and feeding back and tracking the handling results to the relevant departments responsible.
- Connect with customers and regions, and be responsible for the preparation, notification and implementation of the project schedule, monthly and weekly work arrangements.
- Overall management in solving problems in the process of project implementation.
- Monitor the cost implementation during the project implementation.
- Create and maintain the collection plan, and in a timely manner inform the Sales Department of collection at relevant milestones.
- Managing site activities and subcontractors.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above (major in project management, electrical or engineering management)
- Professional Qualification: PMP Certificate would be highly advantageous.
- At least 5 years of related working experience.
- Product knowledge: Power & Distribution Transformers, HV or MV switchgear (AIS/GIS), Low Voltage Switchgear assemblies, or Energy Storage Systems would be highly advantageous.
- Familiar with project management methods and tools and project management execution process;familiar with import and export business process; proficient in calculating company project profit (gross profit, net profit, margin) and excellent understanding of contracts and risk management.
- Experience leading and managing a site.
- Excellent organization and coordination ability.
- Good customer communication and strong execution ability.
- Strong personal management and vision of project overview in the process of project management.
- Good level of computer and network skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and other project management software.
