The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Specialist, Consumer to join our team and play a key role in shaping the performance and long-term success of our Householder Consumer portfolio. Working closely with portfolio leaders, and key stakeholder s, you'll use your industry knowledge, commercial insight and analytical capability to monitor portfolio performance, identify opportunities for profitable growth and support the delivery of strategic portfolio initiatives.

Your new role

As a Portfolio Specialist, you will support the development and execution of portfolio strategies while helping ensure strong financial performance, excellent customer outcomes, and support business planning processes including budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities include:

- Support the development and execution of Consumer portfolio strategies that drive sustainable growth and profitability.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify trends and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve performance.




- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer and business outcomes.
- Monitor the competitive landscape to support development and execution of tactical and strategic action plan
- Leverage customer insights from across the business to identify key gaps and opportunities to enhance performance.
- Deliver communication for development and changes in pricing to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with underwriting frameworks, regulatory requirements and governance standards.

About You

You are an insurance professional with strong portfolio or analytical experience and a passion for driving performance improvement. You thrive on analysing results, influencing stakeholders and translating insights into meaningful action.

You will have:

- Experience in portfolio management, analysis or a similar insurance discipline, with strong technical expertise.
- Proven ability to analyse portfolio performance and translate insights into meaningful business outcomes.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering against underwriting and portfolio performance objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes.
- Commercially minded with a sound understanding of risk management, profitability and portfolio management.
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering customer-focused solutions.
