VDI Australia is looking for an experienced Workshop Manager or Assistant Service Manager to lead our Perth workshops and drive performance across sites. You will mentor technicians, ensure high repair quality, safety and effective operations, and work closely with service advisors and warranty teams.
You will apply heavy vehicle diagnostics, plan repairs, escalate complex issues, and oversee productivity and service delivery while maintaining strong safety and compliance standards.
