This is a well-established and growing wholesale and distribution business with a strong presence across both retail and e-commerce channels. With continued growth across their operations, they are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee their operation. The Role

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse fulfilment area, ensuring orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time

- Lead and support a team of warehouse staff across picking, packing, and dispatch activities

- Maintain strong inventory control, including stock organisation, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies

- Coordinate inbound deliveries and ensure stock is received, checked, and stored efficiently

- Monitor warehouse workflows and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency

- Maintain high standards of warehouse organisation, safety, and compliance with WHS requirements





- Work closely with management and internal teams to resolve any fulfilment or inventory issues

- Assist with planning and resourcing during peak operational periods

Your Background

- Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor role within a similar industry

- Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch

- Excellent organisational skills with robust attention to detail

- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support warehouse staff

- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
