Greystar is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to take ownership of two flagship Build-to-Rent communities in South Yarra. This full time on-site role offers no weekend work, with on-call during business hours.
You will lead a maintenance team, manage reactive and planned works, ensure safety and compliance, and drive Cap Ex projects with autonomy. You should bring leadership experience in residential settings; trade qualifications are valued but not essential.
