The Role
We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our Brisbane clinic, on a part time or casual basis. You will provide exceptional administration and client support as well as assist with medical screening.

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting in the day to day running of the clinic

- Reception and administration duties

- Processing medical bookings

- Conducting preliminary medical assessments

- Specimen collection (including the supervision of Drug and Alcohol testing) * Please note full training is provided.

About you:

You will have:

- Previous medical/ clinical experience and/or administration experience,



preferably within the healthcare sector

- AHPRA registration is advantageous, but not mandatory

- Excellent organisation and time management skills with great attention to detail

- The ability to work autonomously, or in a team environment where required

- Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group

- Can-do and proactive attitude

- The ability to be flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the business
