We are seeking a passionate and caring Inclusion Support Educator to join our supportive team in a rewarding contract position working 3 days per week, 9:00am–2:00pm.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an educator who enjoys building strong connections with children, supporting their individual strengths, and helping every child feel included, valued, and confident within their learning environment.

You will work alongside a dedicated team of educators to provide tailored support for children with additional needs, encourage participation in experiences, and contribute to creating an inclusive and nurturing space where every child can thrive.

About the Role

As an Inclusion Support Educator, you will:

- Provide one-on-one and small group support to children with additional needs.

- Work collaboratively with educators to implement individual goals and support strategies.

- Promote children's independence, confidence, and participation in daily routines and learning experiences.

- Develop positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

- Maintain accurate observations and contribute to children's learning documentation.





- Support inclusive practices in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS).

- Follow all child protection, health and safety, and centre policies and procedures.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A genuine passion for supporting children with diverse needs.

- Robust communication and teamwork skills.

- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

- Knowledge of inclusive practices within early childhood education.

- Current NSW Working With Children Check.

- Child Protection Certificate

- Child Safety Training Certificate

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).

- A sound understanding of Child Safe Standards and mandatory reporting obligations.
