Highgate Pharmacy is seeking a dynamic and driven leader with a solid background in pharmacy retail to manage daily operations and inspire team excellence.

We are located in Highgate Village, on Fullarton Road, open 7 days a week, offering our local community the best professional advice, are committed to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships within our community.

We provide both Medi-Sachets and Webster Packs to over 1000 customers in Aged Care Facilities and at home, so a knowledge of the dispensary is a big advantage.

We are Agents for NDSS, SA Lotteries and MetroCard and stock gifts, magazines and greeting cards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage day-to-day pharmacy operations

- Train, mentor, and motivate the pharmacy team

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards

- Drive customer satisfaction and service excellence

- Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities

- Support seamless prescription services in partnership with pharmacists

What You Bring

- Proven experience in pharmacy retail management

- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities





- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Sound knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations

- Proficiency in inventory and POS systems

Ideal candidates will be:

- Someone with retail experience, who loves leading teams that enjoy providing great customer service

- Should be able to both manage and work as part of our team

- Great communication skills (so you can form genuine connections with customers)

- A creative touch for merchandising

- An experienced, supportive and inspirational leader

- Have a current South Australian driver's licence

- Have the right to live and work in Australia

- Have experience with FRED POS
