As a Sales & Design Consultant at Climat Air Conditioning & Solar, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales and growth. Based in Central or Northern Adelaide, this role involves providing exceptional customer service, designing tailored solutions, and closing sales deals to meet and exceed targets.
What you'll be doing
- Engaging with prospective customers to understand their needs and requirements
- Designing personalised heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions that meet the customer's specifications
- Preparing detailed proposals and quotes for customers
- Presenting and demonstrating HVAC products and services to customers
- Negotiating and closing sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Providing post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a sales position where sales targets were met and exceeded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Prior HVAC or Solar knowledge advantageous
