About the role

Hidden Beaute Studio is seeking a talented and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our recent studio on a casual- full time . Based in Busselton, WA 6280, this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work within a welcoming, professional beauty environment. As a Beauty Therapist, you will deliver exceptional beauty treatments to our valued clients whilst maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism and customer care. This position is integral to our reputation for delivering outstanding beauty services and creating a memorable experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Key responsibilities

- Provide a full range of beauty treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing, massage therapy and other specialised beauty services

- Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs, preferences and any skin sensitivities or contraindications

- Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, sanitation and sterilisation of all equipment and treatment areas

- Recommend and advise clients on appropriate beauty products and aftercare treatments to enhance results

- Deliver treatments in a professional, calm and welcoming manner, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction

- Manage treatment records and client information accurately and confidentially

- Keep up to date with current beauty trends, techniques and best practice within the industry

- Contribute to a positive team setting and support colleagues when required

What we're looking for

- Current qualification or certification as a Beauty Therapist from an accredited training provider

- Valid First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain this

- Proven experience delivering beauty treatments in a professional salon or spa environment

- Excellent knowledge of beauty products,



treatments and skin types

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism

- Ability to work flexibly on a casual basis and adapt to varying client schedules

- Genuine passion for beauty and wellness, with a desire to enhance clients' confidence and wellbeing

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to beauty therapy is advantageous
