The opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Utilities to lead the successful delivery of complex utilities design and infrastructure projects while building trusted client relationships and contributing to Croi's continued growth.

This is more than a project delivery role. You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage project and commercial outcomes, and provide technical leadership to ensure the successful delivery of utilities infrastructure and design solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and resolving complex utilities challenges, mitigating project risks and delivering practical, best-for-project outcomes.

Working closely with our clients and leadership team, you'll influence project success, mentor emerging professionals, strengthen client relationships and contribute to the growth of both our people and our business.

About you

You're an experienced Utilities Engineer, Designer or Project Manager who enjoys leading people, solving complex project challenges and building trusted relationships with clients. You combine strong technical judgement with commercial awareness and thrive in collaborative project environments.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Demonstrated experience leading the delivery of complex utilities or infrastructure design projects within a contractor, engineering consultancy or similar project workplace.

- The ability to identify utilities risks, resolve complex issues and develop practical solutions that support successful project outcomes.

- Experience undertaking Subject Matter Expert (SME) reviews of utilities design submissions.

- A practical understanding of utilities commercial impacts on projects delivery.

- A sound understanding of the commercial drivers and impacts of utilities design and project delivery.

- Subject Matter Expert (SME) expertise in one or more utility disciplines, including power, gas, water, sewer or telecommunications, will be highly regarded but is not essential.
