About the Role:

Reporting to the Transport Coordinator, this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Heavy Haulage Transport Operator to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy haulage vehicles and equipment, transporting oversized and specialised loads across various project and customer sites.

The role involves carrying out pre-start inspections, securing loads in accordance with regulatory and company requirements and ensuring all transport activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.





Previous experience operating single or double side tippers and end tippers will be highly regarded. Candidates with demonstrated knowledge of safe tipping operations, load management, and relevant transport regulations will be well positioned to succeed in this role and contribute to the ongoing success of our transport team.

Roster: On-Call Roster, may include weekends (fatigue days will be incorporated)

About you:

- You will have demonstrated experience on heavy haulage trucks.
- Current Australian Drivers Licence (HC/MC classes are desirable)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Forward thinking / Planning
- Attention to detail
- Construction Safety White Card (not essential, but highly regarded)
- MSIC (not essential, but highly regarded)
- Positive and professional attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Safety focused mindset with a solid work ethic.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.

What we offer:

- Competitive hourly rates: Full-Time $30.00 - $35.00/hour with penalties, plus $5.00/hour incentive payment (Subject to criteria met by employee)
