The Opportunity

Working alongside experienced accountants and partners, you'll deliver high-quality business services and tax solutions while gaining exposure to a diverse range of clients and industries.

As your confidence grows, so will your responsibility, with increasing ownership of client relationships and advisory work.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals.

- Assisting with tax planning and business advisory engagements.

- Researching technical tax matters, including Division 7A, Capital Gains Tax and Fringe Benefits Tax.

- Building strong client relationships through proactive communication and ongoing support.

- Identifying opportunities to add value and improve client outcomes.

- Collaborating with senior team members to deliver practical, commercially focused advice.

About You

You'll bring:

- 2–5 years' Australian public practice experience in Business Services and Tax.

- CA or CPA qualification, or be currently completing your studies.

- Strong technical knowledge of Australian taxation and business services.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- A proactive mindset and genuine interest in helping clients succeed.

- A desire to build your advisory capability and take on greater client responsibility.
