You'll work on highly serviced, technically challenging facilities incorporating advanced automation, specialist services, heavy structures and complex client requirements that will genuinely develop your career.

The Opportunity
Working alongside an experienced Project Manager and Senior Project Team, you'll be involved in every commercial aspect of project delivery, including:

- Procurement & subcontract management
- Cost reporting & forecasting
- Variations & progress claims
- Design coordination




- Client & subcontractor management
- Contract administration from procurement through to completion

You'll gain exposure to projects that challenge you technically while working alongside some of the industry's best delivery teams.

About You
We're looking for someone who has:

- Contract Administration experience with a commercial or industrial builder
- Experience delivering commercial, industrial or manufacturing projects
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- A genuine desire to continue developing their career

Experience with technically complex industrial projects is highly regarded but not essential.
