Based in the inner eastern suburbs, they are now looking to recruit a motivated Bookkeeper to join their high performing team.

The role

An exciting chance has arisen for someone to join the organisation as a Bookkeeper. The purpose of this role is to undertake a range of bookkeeping functions for the company's clients. In a high-performing culture, you will work in a tight-knit team and report directly into the Partners. You will be required to manage key relationships, both internally and externally, and across all levels. It is a diverse role that will partner closely multiple areas of the business.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Reconciling client accounts in Xero
- Processing payroll
- Processing superannuation via Payday
- Payroll tax lodgements




- WorkCover lodgements
- Accounts processing
- Assistance with other compliance
- Ad-hoc project and administrative work

The successful candidate

In order to secure this position, you will be a hands-on bookkeeper that's also had some payroll experience. You will be adaptable and place a strong emphasis on relationship building and business partnering across all levels. The following will be favourably looked upon:

- Relevant bookkeeping and/or tertiary qualifications
- Relevant industry experience in a similar role
- Strong Excel and Xero skills
- Stakeholder management experience across all levels
- Deadline-driven
- Outstanding communication skills
