With a strong pipeline of work for the remainder of 2026 and beyond we are currently seeking experienced and motivated Field Service People to join our maintenance team, providing full-time, field-based support across our civil project sites.

As a Field Service Person, you will play a critical role in supporting our Civil Crew by servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting heavy machinery and transport equipment. You will be field-based, visiting remote and regional sites, and working closely with Workshop and Operations to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Travel to civil project sites to service, refuel, and maintain machinery and vehicles
- Replace filters, parts, and perform general servicing duties
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heavy earthmoving equipment, trucks, and trailers
- Liaise with Workshop and Operations Management for efficient coordination
- Deliver high-quality workmanship with a focus on safety
- Work independently in remote locations,

What You’ll Bring

- Solid understanding of machine setup, service, and repair processes
- Experience with heavy earthmoving machinery, trucks, and trailers
- Construction White Card
- Heavy Rigid driver’s license (essential)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- High level of communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and measure workload effectively
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Civil site experience and ability to work in remote locations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug, alcohol, and medical checks
- Strong personal responsibility and ability to work unsupervised
