As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised, energetic and customer-focused professional to join our team in a diverse role that combines sales, export logistics and administration.
No two days are the same.
About the Role
This is a varied position that plays an important role in supporting our international customers and sales team.
You'll be involved in every stage of the export process—from customer enquiries and quotations through to coordinating international shipments and ensuring orders are delivered successfully.

Your Responsibilities
Internal Sales & Customer Service
- Respond to customer enquiries from around the world
- Prepare quotations and sales proposals
- Process customer orders
- Build relationships with existing customers
- Follow up outstanding quotations
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Assist the Business Development team
- Identify opportunities to increase sales
Sales Support
- Prepare and maintain customer price lists
- Update product information and specifications
- Coordinate product samples
- Assist with promotional campaigns
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Liaise with Australian suppliers
- Support recent product launches
Export Administration & Logistics
- Coordinate international export shipments
- Prepare export documentation
- Liaise with freight forwarders and shipping companies
- Book transport and monitor shipment progress
- Coordinate with warehouses and suppliers
- Track vessel departures and arrivals
- Resolve shipping and customer delivery issues
- Maintain accurate export records
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing outstanding customer service.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in Internal Sales, Sales Support or Customer Service
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Confidence working with multiple software systems
- The ability to prioritise competing tasks
- A positive and proactive attitude
- A genuine desire to learn
Highly Regarded
- Export or freight forwarding experience
- Food or FMCG industry experience
- International customer service experience
- CRM or ERP system experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365
