Lead Enterprise Technology Operations Across a Growing FMCG Business

We're looking for an experienced technology leader to join our team as Senior IT Operations Manager, leading the delivery of secure, reliable and scalable technology services across our national operations.

Reporting to the Head of IT, you'll play a key leadership role in modernising our technology landscape while supporting more than 700 users across multiple manufacturing sites, distribution centres and corporate offices.

About the Role

This is far more than a traditional IT Operations position.

You'll be responsible for the operational leadership of Kinrise's enterprise technology environment, including:

- Leading multi-site Infrastructure, Service Desk, SAP and BI teams.

- Driving enterprise infrastructure across Microsoft Azure, networking and cloud platforms.

- Strengthening cybersecurity capability, governance and operational resilience.

- Leading infrastructure modernisation, automation and platform engineering initiatives.

- Managing enterprise identity, endpoint management and collaboration technologies.

- Partnering with business leaders to improve operational efficiency through technology.

- Managing strategic technology vendors and outsourced service providers.





- Delivering IT projects while ensuring reliable day-to-day technology operations.

- Building a culture focused on service excellence, continuous improvement and accountability.

About You

You'll be an experienced IT leader who enjoys balancing operational excellence with strategic improvement.

You'll bring:

- Extensive experience leading enterprise IT Operations, Infrastructure or Technology teams.

- Strong leadership experience managing technical teams across multiple locations.

- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure, enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms.

- Experience improving cybersecurity maturity and operational resilience.

- Strong vendor and commercial management capability.

- Experience leading large-scale infrastructure and technology projects.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- The ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership.

Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain or other operational environments will be highly regarded.
