All about the role:

The IT Senior Analyst Employee Experience main role is to ensure proper IT operations so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes resolving network issues, configuring operating systems, and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support. Using email and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues. For more complex problems that require nuanced instruction, the IT Senior Analyst Employee Experience will contact end-users via phone and remote tools/or provide explicit, written instructions and technical manuals.

What you’ll do:

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to office and manufacturing employees.

• Install, configure and support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.

• Support Microsoft 365, Teams, collaboration technologies, and user lifecycle activities.

• Manage incidents, requests, assets, and service records within ITSM tools.

• Support factory systems, shop-floor devices, and operational technology connectivity.

• Perform production startup checks during rostered early-shift coverage.

• Coordinate with regional and global IT teams for incident resolution and projects.

• Assist and support our NDC Beverley,



with occasional and weekly site visits

• Participate in a rotating early-shift support roster with other Factory IT team members.

• Provide IT readiness checks before production startup.

• Support production-critical incidents and manufacturing operations.

• Support planned shutdowns, maintenance windows and major deployments.

• Basic Understanding of OT/IT, PLC

In this role, you will be dealing with Electrolux’s Internal customers. You should be confident in dealing with all levels of management

Core Competencies

• 3–5 years IT support, desktop support or service delivery experience.

• Experience supporting enterprise Microsoft environments.

• Manufacturing or factory IT experience preferred.

• Experience with Incident, Change and Problem Management processes.

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.

• English Fluency both written and verbal

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues

• General networking TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS (CompTIA A+ and or N+).

• Additional certification in Microsoft (MCSA), (MOS), Linux, Cisco CCNA, or similar technologies is a plus.

• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies, processes, and procedures

• Have the ability to work as an effective and contributing team member

• Knowledge of ITSM processes (ITIL esp. Change / Incident)

• Intermediate knowledge of Windows 10,11

• Basic to the immediate knowledge of Teams telephony

• Intermediate knowledge of Windows Server and above and Active Directory

• Intermediate analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.

• Work on projects aside from the day-to-day operations

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills & client service skills

• Professional image with the ability to form good partner relationships across functions

• Different roles & responsibilities may be assigned to this position according to changes in the supported business area.

You will be based in our Dudley Park, Adelaide manufacturing facility, within the Research and Development team.
