ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Piling Superintendent to join a leading foundation and ground engineering contractor in Brisbane. In this role, you will lead site supervisors and field teams across multiple piling projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. This is a permanent opportunity with excellent long-term career prospects.

Main Responsibilities:

- Lead and support site supervisors and field teams.
- Manage daily piling site operations across multiple projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Monitor resources, productivity, and project progress.
- Ensure compliance with HSEQ and company procedures.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
- Mentor and develop site teams.

Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in piling, geotechnical, or foundation construction.
- 5+ years in a Superintendent, Site Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong experience with CFA piles, bored piles, driven piles, screw piles, sheet piles, secant piles, diaphragm walls, ground anchors,



micropiles, and other piling and ground improvement methods.
- Strong knowledge in site operations.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage project performance and resources.
- White Card and relevant construction licences/certifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
