Project Manager Role - Fit Out and Refurbishment A Tier 1 fit-out and refurbishment contractor is seeking a Project Manager to join their Melbourne team.

The business delivers a strong, consistent pipeline of commercial projects across multiple sectors, typically valued up to $30M in Melbourne.

This is a role for a highly capable Project Manager to work closely with the site teams to deliver multiple projects across Victoria from design to completion.

What you'll do

- Managing commercial fit out projects across Melbourne
- Delivering projects ranging from $5M-$30M
- Working closely with Site Managers and delivery teams
- Managing consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Managing multiple projects concurrently
- Overseeing programming, procurement, financials, and project delivery
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships

What you'll bring

- Proven experience delivering commercial construction or fitout projects
- Strong understanding of project delivery from pre-construction through to handover
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills




- Ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously
- Experience leading subcontractors and project teams
- Robust commercial and financial management capability
- Strong understanding of Australian construction practices and WHS requirements
