? CSR WANTED IN THE PORT OF BRISBANE!!! IMMEDIATE START?

?️Monday - Friday | ?7:00am - 3:00pm |?Port of Brisbane |?$39.00 per hour!!

We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service professional to join our client based in the Port of Brisbane. Monday-Friday, this role can lead to permanency for the right applicant! You are responsible for liaising with customers, clients and truck drivers to ensure orders are delivered with efficiency and in a timely manner.

☎️The Job:

- Answering customer queries (internal and external) professionally and promptly

- Accurately entering and updating data in the in-house system

- Assisting with weekly/monthly KPI reporting

- Coordinating orders with warehouse and transport teams

- Communicating with clients regarding order status and timeframes

- Monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring orders are picked and delivered on time

- Supporting inventory management by passing on stock count requests





- Providing general admin support where needed

✅The Person:

- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or transport admin

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Sharp attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills

- Someone who takes initiative and can work independently

- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy – a true team player
