Cooke & Dowsett Plumbing Group (CDPG) is experiencing significant growth, with a strong pipeline of major projects across Victoria. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our Head Office team in Keilor Park.
This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced Project Managers and contribute to some of Victoria's most recognised commercial construction projects while building a long-term career with an industry leader.

About the Role
Working closely with Project Managers and delivery teams, you'll be the organisational backbone of major projects, ensuring documentation, reporting, compliance, procurement and project administration activities are completed accurately and on time.
Your contribution will directly support successful project delivery from commencement through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate administration activities across multiple construction projects
- Establish and maintain project files,
registers and documentation
- Assist with subcontractor onboarding, compliance and inductions
- Raise purchase orders and support procurement activities
- Track project milestones, variations and key deliverables
- Prepare progress claims, reports and project correspondence
- Coordinate meetings, agendas and minutes
- Monitor permits, licences and project compliance requirements
- Support project teams with reporting and document control activities
- Maintain accurate records within project management and ERP systems
About You
You are highly organised, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. You enjoy supporting project teams and take pride in delivering accurate work and exceptional service.
You’ll bring:
- 2+ years' administration experience, ideally supporting projects, contracts or operations
- Experience in construction, trades, engineering or building services (highly regarded)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational capability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to learn
