The Chance

Our Sales Cadetship Program is a 12–24 month structured development journey designed to set you up for long-term success.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in domestic transport while developing strong sales foundations through on-the-job training, mentoring, and professional development, all while building exposure to the wider supply chain across our business.

About the Cadetship

- Based at our Gold Coast branch

- 12–24 months of hands-on, well-supported training

- Learn the systems and processes behind efficient national transport operations

- Exposure to the full supply chain, including warehousing, international freight, and local cartage

- Experience across dispatch, customer service, and account management

- Participation in internal and external sales training programs

- Opportunity to attend customer meetings and gain real-world sales experience

About You

- Solid communication skills (verbal and written)

No prior sales or logistics experience is required.
