We're on the hunt for a talented graphic designer with 2 to 3+ years' experience to join our studio full time. This is an in person role, joining our creative team from our studio in Port Melbourne.

This is a role you can push in almost any direction. Graphic design is the foundation, but nothing in this industry stays fixed for long, so we'd love someone keen to grow into motion, animation, digital or video over time (and with our help to learn).

The role

Day to day, you'll be:

- Working on concepts and responding to briefs. Creative thinking is a must.

- Producing and fine-tuning assets across digital, motion and print.

- Managing client requests and juggling (and reshuffling) deadlines.

- Collaborating with the team to bounce ideas around, review and refine executions.

- Generating creative ideas for campaigns, videos and proposals.

- Pitching in with general office tasks, prepping equipment and helping out.

About you

- 2–3 years' design experience (agency is a bonus).

- Proficiency across the Adobe Suite, plus digital and AI tools (motion and video skills a bonus).

- An engaging, considered portfolio.

- Solid time management, project management and organisational skills.





- Happy working independently or as part of a team.

The details

Full-time, in person, from our Port Melbourne studio. Salary commensurate with experience.
