About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and dependable Support Workers to join our team, providing person-centred support across our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes and community access services in Adelaide’s southern suburbs.
You will play an important role in supporting participants to achieve their goals, maintain independence, and enjoy meaningful engagement in their daily lives. Working alongside a supportive team, you’ll provide quality care that respects each person’s choices, dignity, and individual needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Provide high-quality, person-centred support across SIL and community settings
- Assist with personal care, transfers, manual handling, continence support and catheter care
- Support participants with daily living tasks and community participation
- Complete accurate client notes and documentation
- Adapt to changing support needs with professionalism and confidence
- Encourage participant choice, independence, and achievement of personal goals

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Hold a valid P2 or Open Driver's Licence with a reliable, insured vehicle
- Hold or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability and strong communication skills
- Be comfortable providing personal care and manual handling support
- Be available to work a combination of day, evening and overnight passive shifts
