About the Role

A brand-new medical practice in the beautiful QLD Sunshine Coast is seeking a General Practitioner to join as their next key doctor. Despite being newly opened, the clinic is already experiencing very high demand, with patients waiting 3–4 weeks for appointments. This presents a rare opportunity to walk into an immediately busy practice and build strong billings from day one.

The clinic currently operates with one doctor and one nurse, and due to continued growth, is now looking to expand. With flexibility in consultation times and a supportive setup, this role suits a GP who values both autonomy and strong earning potential.

What’s on Offer

- $200/hr guarantee for 6 months OR 75% of billings
- Bulk billing model with consistent patient demand
- Average billings of $3,000–$4,000 per day
- Versatile consult lengths (10–20 minutes)
- Brand new, modern facility with multiple consult rooms + treatment room + pathology

Key Responsibilities





- Provide high-quality consultations across a mixed patient demographic
- Manage both chronic disease and general family health presentations
- Work collaboratively with nursing support
- Maintain accurate clinical records using Best Practice

What You’ll Need

- Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner
- Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Ability to work independently in a growing clinic
