About the Opportunity

As an Entry-Level Dump Truck Operator, you will receive training and support to safely operate mining equipment in a production environment. Working in a FIFO, site-based role, you will assist with transporting ore and waste material while developing your skills within a professional and supportive team.

This role operates on a rotating roster of 8 days on, 6 days off, followed by 7 nights on, 7 days off.

Responsibilities

- Operate dump trucks safely and in accordance with site procedures following training.
- Complete pre-start inspections and report any hazards or defects.
- Follow all safety procedures and BHP site requirements.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow operators.
- Participate in daily pre-start meetings and safety initiatives.




- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and equipment care.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

What We're Looking For

Essential

- Current C Class Driver's Licence.
- Positive attitude and robust willingness to learn.
- Commitment to working safely at all times.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Willingness to work FIFO on a rotating day and night shift roster.
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
