About the Role

As a Care Worker, you’ll support clients at home and in the community, helping them live with dignity, independence, and confidence.

Your day may include:

- Assisting with personal care, meals, medication prompts, and daily routines

- Providing social support and companionship

- Transporting clients to appointments, shopping, or outings





- Supporting independence and wellbeing in line with individual care plans

What We’re Looking For

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support (or similar)

- Experience in aged care, disability, or community support

- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain – we reimburse the cost)

- Willingness to complete First Aid & CPR

- Most importantly: a caring, reliable, and compassionate nature
