About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Team Member to join our DC team at our Rowville facility. In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operation of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate forklifts (experience required)

- Receive and inspect incoming goods

- Organize stock with accurate labelling and sorting

- Pick and pack customer orders

- Prepare shipments, including coordination and documentation

- Assist in inventory control, including regular stock counts and reporting on discrepancies, shortages, or damages

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

- A valid LF forklift license with experience operating forklifts,



including high reach

- Proven experience using SAP WMS

- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn across multiple warehouse functions

- A solid commitment to safety and high-quality standards

- Physical capability to lift up to 20 kg, including bending and reaching as required

- 1–2 years experience in a similar role
