Join a large Federal Government organisation delivering programs and services that support Australians to access employment, skills and training opportunities. This department is seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts to support the delivery of complex technology and business initiatives across multiple programs.

Your new role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead business analysis activities across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and delivery partners. You will analyse business processes, gather and document requirements, develop user stories and acceptance criteria, and help shape solutions that deliver meaningful business outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

- Demonstrated experience leading business analysis activities within large, complex enterprise environments
- Strong experience eliciting, analysing and documenting business and technical requirements
- Experience creating process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria,



wireframes and related artefacts
- Proven ability to engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments and DevOps toolsets
- Exposure to data analysis using SQL, Excel and/or Power BI
- Baseline Security Clearance (or ability to obtain)
