Brisbane North - Wide Bay-Burnett region;
Far North QLD - Townsville & Cairns;
Toowoomba - Darling Downs region;
Ipswich – South East QLD

You will be responsible for developing long-term client partnerships and actively identifying new business opportunities, and representing a team renowned for its progressive, supportive and productive approach.

Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and strengthening customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing targeted sales and marketing strategies across both new and existing client portfolios.
- Managing daily engagement and support for key customers to drive product conversion and broaden usage.
- Building and nurturing strong business partnerships with Distributors & Builders to encourage adoption & continued use of our products and with Pool Shops and Service Technicians to support sales efforts and enhance access to the end-user market.
- Providing tailored product recommendations, guidance, and support to existing and potential customers.
- Overseeing all operational customer activities to ensure continued expansion and success.
About You
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who brings:
- A strong background in business and sales operations, ideally within the pool industry - or you're a seasoned Pool Service Technician ready to transition into a sales-focused role.
- A customer-centric approach, committed to delivering top-tier service while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, paired with outstanding interpersonal abilities.
- Proven time management and organisational skills, with emphasis on call planning and territory coverage.
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
- High levels of motivation and a genuine drive to achieve success.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
