About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and workshop team, delivering a seamless service experience from vehicle drop-off through to handover.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor or someone with strong customer service skills looking to build a career in the automotive industry.
Key responsibilities include:

- Welcoming customers and managing service bookings

- Providing service recommendations and accurate quotations

- Liaising with technicians regarding repairs and maintenance

- Keeping customers informed throughout the servicing process

- Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services

- Managing invoices and service documentation

- Delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- Previous Service Advisor experience, or strong customer service experience

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment





- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- A positive, qualified attitude

- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

- A drive to maximise earnings through customer-focused upselling
