Job Description – Full-Time Qualified Chef

The Founders Restaurant is seeking a Full-Time Qualified Chef with proven experience in a busy commercial kitchen.

The successful applicant must have a strong background in Italian cuisine, particularly in pan cooking, pasta, and preparing high-quality main meals. You will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining high presentation standards, working efficiently during busy service periods, and ensuring food safety and kitchen hygiene at all times.

Essential Requirements

- Qualified Chef with relevant experience

- Strong knowledge of Italian cooking

- Experience in a high-volume restaurant

- Ability to work under pressure

- Reliable, organised, and a team player
