About The role:
An exciting opportunity is available for a Speech Pathologist to join a well-established multidisciplinary team based in Campbelltown, NSW, on a contractor basis.
In this role, you will work with a diverse caseload across both paediatric and adult populations, providing evidence-based assessment and intervention services tailored to each client's individual needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and diagnose communication disorders.
- Design, trial,
and implement low-tech and high-tech communication devices.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and review individualised treatment plans.
- Assess and manage swallowing difficulties and dysphagia.
- Collaborate with General Practitioners and other allied health professionals to ensure optimal client outcomes.
- Provide education and support to clients, families, carers, community members, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in health promotion initiatives and quality improvement activities.

Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech Pathology.
- Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing.
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
