We're searching for an enthusiastic Chiropractic Assistant to join our incredible team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing practice where you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for every family who walks through our doors.

✨ What You'll Be Doing

As the first smile our families see, you'll play an essential role in creating an exceptional experience.

Your day may include:

- Welcoming practice members and making every visit feel special.





- Providing outstanding customer service in person, over the phone and via email.

- Performing neurological scans (full training provided).

- Assisting with appointments, scheduling and practice flow.

- Supporting our chiropractors to ensure each family receives an amazing experience.

- Helping create a calm, organised and positive environment.

About You

You're someone who:

- Loves working with people and building genuine relationships.

- Is naturally organised and has exceptional attention to detail.

- Can confidently multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment.

- Has fantastic communication skills.

- Brings positive energy wherever you go.

- Has good computer skills and enjoys learning new systems.

- Is passionate about health, wellbeing and supporting families.

- Absolutely LOVES babies and kids!

Availability

To be considered, you must be available:

- Monday morning 7:30am - 12:00pm

- Tuesday morning 7:30am - 12:30pm

- Wednesday afternoon 2:00pm - 7:00pm

- Thursday morning 7:30am - 12:30pm

These shifts are non-negotiable.
