The Role
To assist in the day to day leading and management of the Early Learning Centre in a manner that shows a qualified commitment to children and their families, that is God honouring and consistent with the school’s vision to provide a Christ-centred education in a learning community of Love, Nurture and Service.

The Educational Leader will lead and support ongoing critical reflection to ensure the programs and practices continually meet the needs of children and ensure a high-quality Christian education is provided to all children.

The Educational Leader / Assistant Director will collaborate with the ELC and wider school teams to influence, inspire, motivate and support the teachers and educators in providing a Christian, authentic and play based early childhood program.

The Assistant Director will take on responsibilities for the ELC when the Director is absent on leave.

The Educational Leader / Assistant Director is responsible to the Principal through the ELC Director.

This is a full-time ongoing position.
