Franchisee Services Administrator

Location: Flip Out Australia Corporate Office, Northbourne Ave, Dickson, ACT

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Franchisee Services Administrator to join our team at Flip Out Australia. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our franchise partners as they establish and grow their businesses. You will be the key point of contact for franchisees, assisting them with the planning, development, and operational aspects of their franchises.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary liaison between the corporate office and franchise partners.

- Provide comprehensive onboarding and administrative support to franchisees, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations.

- Assist franchisees with planning, development, and operational needs to support the successful opening and growth of their businesses.

- Manage and coordinate various projects related to franchise development, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.

- Develop and distribute communications, reports, and resources to franchisees, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to succeed.

- Utilize Microsoft Office programs to create, edit, and manage documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.

- Maintain accurate records of communications and interactions with franchisees,



ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.

- Collaborate with internal teams to provide franchisees with the tools and resources they need for success.

- Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to franchisees, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a franchise, retail, or similar workplace.

- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.

- Experience in project management or coordinating business operations is highly desirable.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate the needs of franchisees and the business.

- Ability to travel interstate at short notice, with a current driver's license.
