About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Foreman/Supervisor to work out of our Townsville Depot. Applicants will have experience in the supervision of plant, labour and subcontractors for pavement works with a proven track record in the delivery of part service and subcontract civil construction projects in accordance with specifications, financial and reporting requirement
s.




Duties:Assistance with quotation and tender activitiesProject preparation and planningManagement of resources and materials in consultation with Operations ManagerEnsuring works are carried out in an efficient manner that meets quality requirementsDaily and weekly reportingClient and stakeholder communicationWillingness to travel and work away as requiredA demonstrated knowledge and application of OH&S; and environmental legislation is essential along with a genuine commitment to a safe and productive work environme

Skills & Experience:Min. 5 years’ experience as a foreman in Civil Construction and previous experience as a an Operator is preferableKnowledge of plant and materialsDemonstrated interpersonal, communication and organisational skillsComputer literacy with preferred proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project, along with standard written communica
