At Synchronous Group, we're building one of Australia's leading Building Automation and Switchboard businesses—and we're looking for a commercially minded Head of Finance to join our leadership team.This isn't a traditional finance role.You'll work directly with our CEO, providing commercial insight that influences strategic decisions while leading finance across a growing group of engineering, manufacturing and service businesses.
You'll be responsible for:• Leading financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting• Driving project financial performance and cash flow• Optimising our Odoo ERP platform and improving business systems• Leading and developing our finance team• Partnering with operational leaders to improve profitability and business performanceWe're looking for someone who enjoys moving between strategy and detail, challenges constructively, and thrives in a hands-on leadership environment.
