Monadelphous is currently seeking an experienced Work Pack and Completions Coordinator to join our PNG Operations team, based in the Brisbane office. This is a fixed-term opportunity with international travel required.

What you will bring:

- Extensive operational, construction or maintenance experience within the resources industry.
- Extensive experience in the compilation and management of construction work packages
- Experience in managing project completions and assisting in systemisation of work packages as well as project handover.
- Trade background preferred
- Previous experience in the use of digital work packaging and completion tools
- Confident user of the MS Office Suite.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive approach to quality management and reporting.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
- Proof of right to work in Australia.
