Key Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly management reports, including P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across the business.
- Partner with Operations and Sales to provide commercial insights and improve profitability.
- Monitor inventory, fixed assets and operating costs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Develop financial models, KPI reporting and support finance process improvements.

About You

- Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance with CA/CPA completed or in progress.
- 2–5 years' experience in Management Accounting or Financial Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations and month-end processes.
- Advanced Excel skills with ERP experience (Pronto, D365, Oracle or similar).
- Commercial mindset with robust analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
