Centre State Asphalting is an established road surfacing and maintenance company with over 20 years of experience within the industry. Due to continued growth, we are in need of experienced line marking professionals to join our team immediately as Full Time Permanent employees.

Our line marking team will be focussed on supporting our existing road surfacing and maintenance works performing asphalt and spray sealing works across the Victorian road network as well as servicing the local civil construction market.

This is a great opportunity to join a fun and dynamic team. The roles would suit operators with a real passion to build their career with a progressive company, either leading the team or being an important member in the crew.

Team Leader

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years line marking experience

- Current Truck Licence preferable. HR highly desirable with towing experience

- Current Construction Industry White Card (preferred)

- Experienced with handwork and truck line marking application

- Knowledge of both water-based and thermoplastic line marking

- Must be able to work independently, as part of a team and have the ability to lead others

Tasks & responsibilities

- Lead and manage a small team

- Be willing to work Weekdays, Weekends and Nights as needed

- Be highly skilled in all aspects of set out and application

- Be proficient in plan reading and possess strong problem-solving skills

- Possess strong problem-solving and maths skills

- Take pride in their workmanship and instil the same attitude within their team

- Be highly motivated with a positive attitude

- Be professional and presentable

- Be reliable and punctual

- Be willing to work across central and northern Victoria

- Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol testing before commencing work

Crew Member

Qualifications





- Minimum of 1 year line marking experience

- Be willing to work across central and northern Victoria

- Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical including Drug & Alcohol testing before commencing work
