We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead and embed best practice industrial relations, compliance and workforce governance across the business. This is a hands on advisory role responsible for enterprise bargaining, award and legislative compliance, investigations and complex employee relations matters.

You will work closely with HR Business Partners, leaders and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal and state legislation, modern awards, enterprise agreements, and Fair Work Act obligations while supporting sustainable business outcomes. The ER Manager will provide expert IR advice to senior leaders and the HRBP team.

What you will enjoy doing

- Develop, implement and maintain a compliance audit framework covering federal and state legislation, enterprise agreements and modern awards

- Lead Linde ER/IR strategy across Australia providing expert guidance on people risk,



industrial matters and organisational change

- Lead national enterprise agreement negotiations and provide coaching to HRBPs and line management for site-based enterprises agreements

- Provide strategic IR advice to leaders and HR Business Partners for EAs, investigations and IR issues

- Build ER capability across the organisation, developing leaders and HRBPs through coaching, training and guidance on ER/IR fundamentals and workplace governance

- Maintain compliant contract templates and provide contract advice

- Lead and/or oversee workplace investigations, including integrity matters

- Review, develop and update policies

What makes you great

- IR experience in a Manufacturing organization blue collar workforce

- Bachelor’s qualification in IR, HR and employment law

- Significant knowledge of employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards and other State and Federal laws

- Practical and hands on experience in EA negotiation and implementation

- Change leadership and transformation experience
