Our guests include families, couples, cyclists, skiers, bushwalkers and groups who come to Bright to relax, explore and enjoy everything the region has to offer.
We are seeking a practical, reliable and hands-on Site Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operation, presentation and guest experience of this unique single-site property.
About the Role
Living on-site at Adina Lodge, you will be the main point of contact for guests and will take responsibility for ensuring the property operates smoothly, safely and efficiently.
This is a varied role combining guest service, property operations, housekeeping coordination, grounds and facilities oversight, minor maintenance and local business development.

As a live-in hospitality role, some flexibility will be required during weekends, public holidays, school holidays and peak tourism periods. This may include responding to occasional after-hours guest or operational matters.
Key Responsibilities

- Undertake minor maintenance, repairs and practical troubleshooting where appropriate.
- Identify maintenance requirements and coordinate external trades and contractors.
- Monitor safety risks and ensure walkways, guest facilities and public areas remain secure and well maintained.
- Maintain accurate records relating to maintenance, incidents, contractors and operational matters.
- Identify and respond to local events, tourism trends and promotional opportunities that may support occupancy and revenue.
- Provide the owners with regular updates on guest feedback, maintenance priorities, operational performance and emerging issues.
About You
You will ideally bring:
- Experience in accommodation, hospitality, tourism, motel, lodge, caravan park or property operations.
- A genuine commitment to delivering a positive and memorable guest experience.
- Strong practical maintenance and general troubleshooting skills.
- An exceptional eye for cleanliness, presentation and detail.
- The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and take ownership of the site.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Confidence working with guests, owners, cleaners, contractors and service providers.
- A calm, practical and solutions-focused approach.
- A willingness to be hands-on across guest services, property presentation, grounds and operational support.
- A current Driver’s Licence.
- Flexibility to work across weekends, public holidays and peak tourism periods when required.
What We Offer
- Excellent remuneration package that includes on-site accommodation and all utilities.
- Mobile phone and computer provided.
